  • I received a damaged/flawed/incorrect order. What should I do?

If you received a damaged/flawed/incorrect order in the mail, JTAMIGO is here to support you.

- Please send a picture for proof and then let me know would you like a replacement sent or a refund on the affected items. 

  • I would like to change or cancel an order. What should I do?

Order cancellations or changing are allowed while an order within 24 hours. Once an order has passed 24 hours. We can't do cancel or change.

 If you are unsure how to cancel an order and need further assistance please contact the 

  • I never got my order. What should I do?

For U.S. orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 60 days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, you can request a refund or make a request to have the order be re-sent. If it has been less than 30 Business days and tracking data is showing, please patiently wait until the package has a chance to arrive.

For international orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 45 Business days and tracking data is showing JTAMIGO will replace or refund these orders. 

 

  • LOST ORDER - WRONG ADDRESS

JTAMIGO will not refund nor assume liability for orders that are lost due to incorrect Shipping Address.

  • Where the products are Ship from?

Depend on the product Because We have Factory in US, EU, and China
